Planning an exhibition takes a lot of work and co-ordination, part of this is whole group meetings. My role within the planning group is to take notes of these meetings and keep track of where we're all at, what needs doing next and what each group needs from others.
Meeting 23.2.22
- Need logo and designs asap.
Group Reps – Group reps will be the main person to feedback to the wider group and to Planning during weekly check ins of how their group is getting on, what they need, etc. This is to streamline the main whatsapp group.

Promotion/Fundraising need design, colour scheme, etc before they can do anything. After that they have a list of companies to go through.
Curation have measured the space available, they need to know who needs what. They will draw up a list and assign everyone a space taking into consideration individual needs eg video projection. They will let us know when this is sorted and then if anyone has a problem with what they have been assigned they can discuss this with the curation group.
Social Media is waiting on design. They have assigned each person in their group a site ready for when we have the designs.
Planning/Budgeting have put a task list based on the one Tristan gave us in the shared folder. We have assigned each task to a group. Please look through this list to see what tasks are assigned to you, and let us know if you think anything needs changing.
Ellie needs £25 from each person which will go into a bank account that she creates. She will create the account and share the bank details so that everyone can transfer the money. Don’t worry if you can’t afford this right away, however if you can afford it please pay in asap so that we have funds available.
Design will have the logo and colour scheme for the end of next week 4th March. They will post agreed final choices in the big whatsapp to approve.
