We have let Rob know that:
· Fundraising have an email drafted ready to go out.
· We have decided on a logo and colour scheme, and the name. The name is avenues – we wanted to avoid typical student exhibition names like ‘lens’ or ‘aperture’.
· We have a voting system that is unbiased for final choices eg. The logo.
· Exhibition space has been laid out by curation - we have a good idea of whats available, specific requests have been taken into account, the plan is laid out. Rob would like a copy of the plan please curation team.
· Design are currently working on posters.
· Planning are working on the timeline and budget now as requested and this will go out to everyone asap.
· The next big group meeting will be three weeks from the last one (so sometime 14th-18th March), and we have weekly check ins with group reps.
· We thought it was fair that anyone who doesn’t come to meetings or participate without reasonable excuse can’t complain about any decisions made. Rob agreed this was fair enough.
· Rob said it sounds good and we appear to have the building blocks in place. If any group needs help or a second opinion he is happy for us to email.
· Rob asked if everyone was participating – a couple of people aren’t but as it’s not slowing progress at all it doesn’t matter, but obviously those people are missing out.
· Rob thinks three weeks for the next meeting is ok at present but things will accelerate as we get closer to the exhibition.
· Rob advises getting a technical test print done with Michael asap.
