This is how we divided our big group into smaller groups, with each group having different tasks to do, as well as a list of things we knew so far.

Planning/Budgeting: Hannah H, Ethan, Josh, Ellie
Social Media/Promotion: Brooke, Hannah G, Joe, Bilyana

· Meetings on collaborate or after class.
· Part of a whole arts campus opening night.
· Name/theme.
· Tristan says: if you've delegated a task to someone an it's not quite how you wanted it, Tough! Unless you want to go and get it done yourself. Some things don't matter.
· Anna’s Dad works for Mcvitie's. Brooke's dad is a painter and decorator.
· £25 each contribution in a separate bank account - Ellie in charge of this?
